Materials and other Learning Resources
Materials
Based from my interview with teacher Kiki, the vice principal of the school. She explained that the materials in common for the teachers are the teaching journals. The teaching journals contain the syllabus of what should be taken within the school year. In addition to this, the learners also have their own books and workbooks for their different subjects. According to Ms. Kiki, It is encourage to every teacher to bring other instructional materials and learning resources in deepening the lesson. Thus, they can be creative as their own and search in the internet for ideas, as long as it is still parallel to the curriculum that they follow.
Other learning resources
The school have;
Leadership building programs from Leaders in Me,

CLASS TIGA(3)B doing their worksheet in international math.This is a follow up evaluation to how deep they understood the topic.
In addition, teacher Kiki explain that in terms of evaluating and measuring the knowledge of learners, they keep record on every scores that the pupils get in every quizzes, scores from their workbook and performance tasks.
Other than these are evaluation and measurement that can be found in the internet such as rubrics for performance tasks. This is because, it is hard for a teacher to grade if you do not follow a basis. It has to be rated through a given set of standards. In connection, a teacher can provide authentic evidence of the performance of the learners.
The evaluation is not limited to appear in a paper and pencil test in every individual student but as well also to the group activity tasks ratings.
Measurement and Evaluation
Teaching Plan
The teaching plan of teachers in SD Pelita Nusantara varies from any teacher depending on their teaching strategies and to what type of learners that they are dealing with but they have a uniform format in making the lesson plan. Below is the example.docx of their weekly form for lesson plan. This lesson plan has to be checked by the principal of the school before its implementation. It is scheduled to be submitted in the first day every week.
Also, the teacher who will teach to a certain subject is not a sole responsibility of the adviser. This means that there are subject teachers assigned in each class. For instance, in class tiga(3) B, they have IbuRatna, the principal of the school as their class teacher in their Bahasa Indonesia subject. Teachers come simultaneously in the class.
